With a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 15 years’ experience in design, planning and lead project management roles across the resources sector in Queensland (Australia), Jess brings a deep, practical understanding of the challenges women encounter in technical fields. 

As a Certified International Rapid Results Coach (Authentic Education) with International Coaching Federation (ICF) training, and leadership experience in both Fortune 500 organisations and global consultancies, Jess is committed to guiding female professionals towards fulfilling and purpose-driven careers.
